The LUMBAYA hip carrier is easy to maintain. You can wash the carrier by hand or in the washing machine, preferably on a cold or soft cycle. Always use a laundry bag to protect the buckles and straps and choose a mild detergent that rinses out well. After washing, allow the carrier to dry flat or on a drying rack; avoid the dryer to protect the fabric and filling.

For a longer lifetime, we recommend spot cleaning stains where possible and minimizing the use of the washing machine.
