Would you like to exchange or return a product? No problem! After receiving your order, you have 14 days to start the return process.

Registering a return

• Returns must be registered within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Register your return via info@lumbaya.com or through our contact form. Please include:

- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return:
A. Wrong color
B. Does not meet expectations
C. Manufacturing defect / faulty or damaged product
D. Exchange for another color/print: _______
E. Other, namely: _______
- A photo of the product you wish to return

• After approval, you will receive further return instructions from us.

 

Conditions for return

• Returns must always be registered in advance. Returns that are not registered beforehand or sent outside the 14-day return period will not be accepted.
• The product must be returned unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (including tags and packaging).
• Products that are used, damaged, or incomplete upon arrival cannot be accepted.

 

Return costs
You return the package according to the instructions we sent you. The costs of the return shipment are at your own expense. Always keep the shipping receipt with Track & Trace code in a safe place so that you can prove that the package has been shipped. Without a valid shipping receipt, we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.

 

Processing and refund

• Once the return package has been received and inspected by our fulfilment center, you will receive a confirmation.
• Within 14 days of receiving your return, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method.
  

 

Important

• Risk of return shipment: The risk of returning a package lies with the customer until the parcel has been received by our fulfilment center. Always keep your proof of shipment and track & trace code.
• Exchanges: The same return process applies to exchanges. Once we have received and approved your return, we will send the new color or print (if in stock).
