Delivery time

• Ordered on working days before 9 p.m. = shipped the same day.
• Delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium: usually 1 working day.
• For other EU countries: 2–5 working days, depending on the country and carrier.

Shipping & costs

• Free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium.
• Free shipping within the EU for orders over €150.
• We charge shipping costs for orders under €150. These are automatically displayed at checkout based on the country of delivery.

Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace email. This allows you to track your package.

Package Not Delivered?
Here’s what you can do:

1. Check the Track & Trace Code
   You received this via email. The Track & Trace code provides more information about your shipment, including any delayed delivery times or alternative delivery points.

2. Verify the Delivery Address
   Double-check that the delivery address and postal code are correct.

3. Ask Your Neighbors
   If you weren’t home when the delivery was attempted, the package might have been delivered to a neighbor or a pick-up point. This is often (but not always) indicated in the Track & Trace information.
