Our baby carriers are easy to care for. Always consult the care label inside the carrier for the correct instructions.
You can machine wash the baby carrier on a cold or delicate cycle. Use a laundry bag to protect the buckles and straps, and choose a mild detergent that you rinse thoroughly.
It is best to remove small stains locally with water, so that the fabric is less stressed.
After washing, reshape the baby carrier and let it dry flat or on a drying rack in a well-ventilated area. Avoid the dryer to protect the fabric and filling.
For a longer lifespan, we recommend cleaning locally and only washing when absolutely necessary.

The baby carrier should fit securely and support your baby well, without being too loose or too tight. Tighten the straps to prevent your baby from slumping, which can restrict their breathing.
You should always be able to see your baby's face by looking down. Don't cuddle your baby in the carrier so tightly that you have to open it to see their face.
Your baby's head should be as close to your chin as is comfortable. This is achieved by positioning the carrier high on your natural waist. You should be able to easily kiss your baby's head or forehead.
The baby should never be bent so that their chin is pressed against the chest, as this can obstruct the airway. Always ensure there is at least a finger's width of space under the chin.
In all positions, the baby's back should be supported in a natural C-curve, without sagging or bowing, and without too much space between the baby and the wearer.
