1-year warranty
At LUMBAYA, quality and careful production are central to everything we do. We offer a 1-year warranty on all products against demonstrable material and manufacturing defects, effective from the date of purchase.
This warranty exclusively covers defects that are the direct result of a manufacturing or material fault. If such a defect occurs, we will, at our sole discretion, provide repair, replacement, or a (partial) refund of the purchase price.
The warranty applies to defects in items such as zippers, seams, and buckles that should not occur under normal and intended use.
- The warranty does not apply to:
damage resulting from improper, inappropriate, or intensive use; - normal wear and tear;
- damage caused by external factors such as drops, impacts, or water exposure;
- modifications or repairs carried out by third parties;
- discoloration or material changes resulting from regular use or washing.
To qualify for warranty service, the product must have been used correctly in accordance with the provided instructions.
If you wish to make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team and include your order number. We kindly request a clear description of the defect and supporting photographs. A valid proof of purchase is required to process any warranty claim.
